The Missouri Department of Natural Resources is pleased to announce that the draft Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2026 Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Intended Use Plan (IUP) and Project Priority List is now available at https://dnr.mo.gov/water/business-industry-other-entities/financial-opportunities/financial-assistance-center/state-revolving-fund-plans-reports, for public comment.
The Clean Water SRF provides low-interest loans to municipalities, counties, and public sewer districts for wastewater infrastructure projects. This IUP documents how the department intends to spend Clean Water SRF funding during FFY 2026 based on applications received by March 1, as well as details on how to submit an application for FFY 2027 Clean Water SRF funding.
The department will hold a public hearing to discuss and take comments on the draft plan on July 9, 2025, beginning at 10 a.m. at Lewis and Clark State Office Building or via WebEx. Meeting information can be found at dnr.mo.gov/commissions-boards-councils/clean-water-commission, or upon request from fac@dnr.mo.gov.
The department will accept comments on these documents until 5 p.m., July 16, 2025. Comments can be submitted to the department’s Financial Assistance Center by:
